Grounding Exercise for you.

With the full moon setting a few of us off last night (read more on that here) I thought I would share a video about a 30 Day Grounding Challenge I set myself at the start of the year. Not something you need to stick to forever, but something that came to mind when I thought about this week’s newsletter.
The full moon is in Virgo and is a great time to get organised. Sometimes we need to set ourselves up for being organised, and I don’t mean with our social lives or colour coding our calendars, I mean with our mental game, and our ‘me time’.
Often, without dating or keeping ourselves uber busy we wonder - what do we do with the spare time? It can be scary. But let me help you fill the gaps with something nourishing. This exercise is a fab place to start. It will take up time and it will be worth it I promise you.

Looking after yourself is an important part of not wishing away your single life. It is such a great space for you to create new habits and let go of things that no longer serve you because
